Privacy policy

The short version: use the tools without an account and we know nothing about you. Sign up and we keep only what's needed to save your work.

01 What we collect

If you use the tools without an account, we collect nothing that identifies you. Answers stay in your browser and disappear when you close the tab.

If you create an account, we store your name, email, profession and anything you choose to save — results, homework plans, notes, your practice name and logo, and the links you share with clients.

When you send a client a link — a test, homework, an exercise or a game — what they enter is saved to your account so you can see it: their answers and score, homework entries, or game results. Clients don’t need an account, and we don’t ask them for their name or contact details.

02 Client data

We ask you not to enter client names or identifying details. Saved results are labelled with codes you choose, not personal information.

Only you can see what your clients enter through your links. If you delete a link, what was saved through it is deleted too.

You remain the data controller for anything you record about your clients, including what they enter through the links you send them.

03 How we use it

Only to run the service: signing you in, keeping your saved work, and replying when you write to us — and, without knowing who you are, to see which parts of the site are used so we can improve them (see Analytics below). No advertising, no profiling, no selling data.

04 Analytics

We use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that we run on our own server, to understand how the site is used — for example, which tools are opened most, or how many people finish a test. It helps us decide what to improve.

Umami doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t store IP addresses and doesn’t follow you across other websites. It records the page you visit, the website you came from, your country, and your browser and type of device — never who you are.

We never send answers, scores, client codes, notes, names or email addresses to it. Private links, such as a test link sent to a client, are recorded without their unique code, and the titles of client and account pages are replaced with a general label.

If your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting is on, nothing is recorded. Ad blockers may also block it — the site works exactly the same either way.

05 Storage and security

Everything you send us travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and is stored on secured servers. Access is limited to the people who maintain the service.

06 Your rights

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. This permanently removes your account and everything saved in it, including your clients’ results.

If you’d like a copy of your data, or have any other request about it, email [email protected] and we’ll help.

07 Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you signed in. No tracking or analytics cookies — our analytics works without any.
